while I do occasionally get business help from friends/family, Stained Glass by Molly B. is pretty much a one-man-band! with this being said, I try my best, but if you run into any problems with a glass.brodz product, please don't hesitate to let me know! ​all glass.brodz orders are complete with tracked shipping (US shipping only; please contact me before placing an international order). items listed here in the shop have free shipping! most* commission pieces also include free shipping. each piece is packaged with care, but glass is a fragile material! please contact me if your order is damaged in transit and we can discuss our options. once a glass pane or jewelry item is in your possession, repairs and updates to the hardware can be done for free or for a small fee, depending on the circumstances and the extent of the damages.

how long will it take for my commission?
short answer: a few weeks!
the exact timeframe for your commission depends on your place on my waitlist. with that being said, if there are any time constraints that you'd like me to know about (like an upcoming birthday), please discuss them with me first. in general, though, you should expect to wait a couple of months before your order reaches your mailbox.
do you ship internationally?
previously I haven't offered international shipping for my products, mostly due to higher shipping rates. however, I am very willing to figure out the logistics if you'd like to place an order! if you're interested in purchasing a glass.brodz product from outside of the U.S., please let me know.
how much will my commission cost?
when pricing commissions, the main factors to consider are the time it will require, the scale of the project, and the amount of detail that goes into the design.
jewelry can be priced as low as $10 and as high as $60, while custom commissions can range anywhere from $50 to $300 (or more, we could get crazy). if you have questions or concerns about pricing, don't hesitate to contact me!
do I have to pay a deposit?
for jewelry requests, no!
however, custom commissioned pieces come with a process:

most pieces will require a $50 deposit prior to construction of the piece.

once the piece is finished, the rest will be paid and the piece will be sent your way.

I have a broken stained glass piece from someone else, can you fix it?
I can take a look, but it is honestly pretty unlikely that I can help you with this. sorry! stained glass is a specialized art, so your best bet is to contact the original artist for help.
